Attendance

The register is taken per lesson or once a day — however the school actually works. A register nobody took never counts as an absence: no child reads “absent” on a day the book was never opened. Families follow attendance from the portal.

Highlights

  • Per-lesson or daily registers — never mixed, never double-counted
  • Present, absent, late, excused: real states under their real names
  • The attendance rate is computed only over registers actually taken
  • The family portal shows the last three months’ record
  • The administrator’s dashboard shows today’s attendance rate

When the attendance conversation has to happen, you hold an indisputable record: which day, which lesson, who marked it.

Who it helps, and how

For teachers

The register is taken per lesson or once a day, marking real states — present, absent, late, excused.

The benefit: A register that was never taken does not count as an absence, and lesson and daily registers are not mixed or double-counted.

For guardians

The guardian follows their child's last three months of attendance from the portal.

The benefit: They see whether their child came to school without having to ask.

For school management

The dashboard shows the institution's attendance rate for today, computed only over registers actually taken.

The benefit: When an attendance conversation is needed, which day, which lesson and who marked it are indisputably on record.
